What certifications does your data center have?
Our facility is PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and ISO 27001 compliant.
What type of data center security is offered?
Our data center security features include multi-stage security containment systems supported with two-factor PIN code and visual verification, mantraps and strictly enforced protocols for entry access and video surveillance, which includes > 90 day video retention policy.
In addition, all access points are monitored under a 24/7/365 colored CCTV monitoring surveillance system with real-time authentication provided by our 24/7 NOC.

What does a Tier III data center mean?
Data centers have different types of security levels ranging from Tier I to Tier IV. Our Tier III rating means that you can expect 99.982% uptime with 95 minutes of downtime annually with N+1 redundancy.
